We developed our Results Alignment Process to support organizations seeking to pursue equitable results using the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s Results Count® framework. It builds on our planning process (or an existing plan) and helps leaders determine how best to organize themselves and their teams to do the work of the plan.

We have extensive experience supporting learning cohorts to build participants’ capacity to engage in collaboration for collective impact. Our founder was a founding staff member of a collective impact effort and has consulted with such organizations across the country. We have familiarity with several collaborative approaches. Our consulting and coaching is compatible with whatever collective impact framework a group might use. As is the case with all of our work, we see collaboration as a powerful tool to achieve results and we are passionate about helping communities work together to impact their vision for the world.
