You want to solve complex human problems. To do the best work possible in your organization. We want to help. Let us travel this road with you.

Standpoint Consulting wants to ensure you’re focused on results and well-equipped to center the experiences of the people on your front lines and those you serve. We want to see you sharpen your mission, regain focus in your work, and have a clear touchstone for why you exist — that’s why we exist.

We ensure that your organizational effectiveness is built on the interests and experiences of all your stakeholder—even those you may not be thinking of. By placing their perspectives at the core of what you do, all decisions and actions immediately become mission-centric and results-oriented.

Any organizational type can all benefit from a more equitable and people-centered approach to their work. Together, we can honor the humanity of the individuals that make your organization work and those it exists to serve.

Our firm draws its name from Standpoint Theory, a philosophy in which one’s lived experiences and social position create their perspective, or standpoint. The people in your organization and other stakeholders likely have a different standpoint than you. We believe their standpoint must not only be recognized, it must be honored and anchored to the central purpose of your work.

Standpoint Consulting is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s largest third-party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women.
We recognize the commitment to supplier diversity that is embraced by corporations and government agencies today and we can add diversity to your supply chain.

Adriane’s skillful coaching helped me to become a better Board Chair and a more confident leader. She’s helped merge our communication styles with the type of radical honesty needed to produce the best work for the organization. I feel very fortunate to work with Adriane.

As a first time board chair, I unexpectedly had to manage a major leadership transition. Adriane’s wise counsel and coaching was very helpful as I and the rest of the board worked through this process. We now have our new leader in place and she’s thriving.
