We ensure that your organizational effectiveness is built on the interests and experiences of all your stakeholders—even those you may not be thinking of. By placing their perspectives at the core of what you do, all decisions and actions immediately become mission-centric and results-oriented.
Any organizational type can benefit from a more equitable and people-centered approach to their work. Together, we can honor the humanity of the individuals that make your organization work and those it exists to serve.
Our firm draws its name from Standpoint Theory, a philosophy in which one’s lived experiences and social position create their perspective, or standpoint. The people in your organization and other stakeholders likely have a different standpoint than you. We believe their standpoint must not only be recognized, it must be honored and anchored to the central purpose of your work.
Standpoint Consulting is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s largest third-party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women.
We recognize the commitment to supplier diversity that is embraced by corporations and government agencies today and we can add diversity to your supply chain.
